The following instructions were sent out to caregivers at the end of last week.
Booking Instructions for Parent/Teacher Interviews
Senior student parent-teacher interviews will take place on Thursday 27 July, between 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm in the college hall.
Parents can now make bookings for interviews over the internet. You will be delighted to be able to book all your interviews in a couple of minutes for the times that suit you.
The website to go to is https://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/code/q2zga you will be guided through three simple steps and a few moments later you will get an email confirming your interviews OR you can print your interview timetable to keep with you.
Step 1 Complete your details: name, email address, student name
Step 2 Select teacher and subject (Repeat for as many teachers as you want to see)
Step 3 Print out a schedule of your appointments and finish or send email to yourself
If you do not have access to the internet you can phone the school, 8848625 early next week and staff in the office will help set your interview times for you.
Interviews with Year Level Deans can also be made.
