Monday 20th of January - Te Aroha College Office reopens for 2020.

Thursday 23rd & Friday 25th January - Support offered for students in relation to their 2019 results with the Principal Nominee and the Principal. 

 

Friday 25th January - Teacher Only Day 

 

Student Start dates for Week One - Tuesday 28th  January to Friday 31st of January

 

Monday 27th of January - Public Holiday Auckland Anniversary Day

 

Tuesday 28th January - 8.15 am to 4.00pm

Teacher Only Day

Tuesday 28th January - Wednesday 30th January Year 13 Camp

Year 13 Leadership Camp at Waihi Academy, Waihi. All Year 13 students to attend.

Wednesday 29th January - 6.30pm:

Formal Welcome and Powhiri to Year 9 students and families, all other new students and families, and new staff and families at the Te Aroha College hall.  

School uniform is to be worn by all attending students.  

  • All attendees please be ready at the main college entrance at 6.15pm.
  • BBQ & refreshments to follow. 

Thursday 30st January - 8.40am start for Year 13s and Year 9s:

Year 13s and year 9s to attend.   A BBQ lunch will be provided for Year 9 and Year 13 students.  

Students to bring:  swimming gear, hat, pen, pencil, water bottle and phys ed gear.

 

Friday 31st January - 8.40am:

Whole school attends

8.45 - assembly full school then all students to attend for timetabled classes.

Uniform  

Uniform items can be purchased fromat the College in B Block from Wednesday 22th January to Friday 24th January from 12.00pm to 4.30pm. Cash or cheque transactions only.  No eftpos available. Uniform must be 100% correct for the first day of school. Items should be named.  Te Aroha College uniform is also available at Harry’s Menswear & Surf – 226 Thames Street, Morrisville.

Buses

School buses will run from Wednesday 29thth January.  The Ministry of Education have set new routes for some bus runs in 2020.  Explanations of all bus routes are included as well as maps for those routes which have changed.
